How do you determine which bookkeeping tier I need?

We assess your tier based on the average number of monthly transactions across your bank accounts and credit cards. A transaction is any individual debit or credit entry. During our initial review, we analyze a few months of statements to determine the appropriate tier. If your volume changes significantly, we adjust the tier accordingly.

What accounting software do you use?

We work primarily in QuickBooks Online, which provides real-time access to your financial data and integrates with most banking and payment platforms. If you are already using a different platform, we can discuss whether migration makes sense for your situation.

How often will I receive financial statements?

All bookkeeping tiers include monthly reconciliation and financial statement preparation. You will receive a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet each month, delivered through our secure Client Portal. The Standard and Premium tiers include additional reporting such as receipt management and accounts payable/receivable tracking.
